|Recommended: YesNice place overall. Maint concerns. — Overall it has been an acceptable place to live. There were many maintenance issues upon move in, that have been slow to get fixed, and repairs have been mediocre. The leasing office has not responded to some emails, it’s hit and miss,

|Recommended: NoNice place, poor management — Inside is great with modern, stainless steel appliances and a big 2 car garage trucks won’t fit because ceilings are too short . Management is hard to get ahold of and won’t hold their word when they say they’ll call back. After 5 phone calls, talking about the same thing each time, they still proceeded to get a simple task wrong. It would also be nice if the property were fenced in as there’s lots of homeless folks around and saw one guy shooting up in the back alley the other day.

|Recommended: NoOk Property — Neighbors are loud and internet is 20 of the speed that was advertised. Leasing office is difficult to get ahold of most times. Wouldn’t live here again.

|Recommended: YesGreat property with poor internet option — Great property so far, but the internet options is lacking and the top speed is too limited, especially for the working from home situation.
|Recommended: YesGreat place. A major upgrade from our previous residence. — So easy to maintain. Cleaning the place is easy and our setup is minimalistic. Would not be opposed to spending a few more years here.
|Recommended: YesBeautiful — We LOVE our townhome. It is in a great location to access downtown and the University, and the features are beautiful.
|Recommended: YesAwesome property. — It's great but you have to deal with them getting everything about your rent payments wrong. If it weren't for my roommate looking into our contract we would have never noticed they were charging us 20 dollars more per month for entertainment. Also, they will just not charge you for utilities one month and never tell you about it and then add it to the next month. I also had to pay in person one time for rent due to an owner ship change and they deposited my money order and then told me I never paid then. I then had to go to wells fargo to prove to them I paid it.
